I want to become a physical education teacher in high school, so my glossary will be about healthy lifestyle. Acceleration

The rate of change of velocity over time. Start slow and go fast in a short lapse of time

Muscular Strength

The ability of muscles to work. The max amount of weight one can lift, push, pull, or carry at one time.
Example: I can lift 140 pounds ten times in a row at the bench. My muscular strength is pretty good
